Annual events and festivals have become an integral part of fostering partnerships between our school and WWS families. We all benefit from building a tight-knit community and celebrate the many opportunities that allow us to come together.

Last week our entire school community gathered in celebration of the turning of the season. Lower school students collectively prepared a meal to share and students across the grades shared their wishes for the world. It was a joyful to hear the concern they shared for people, animals and the environment as well as their reflections on Truth and Reconciliation.

Gratitude for all our parent volunteers who donated both vegetables for our soup and their time. A special thank you to Helmer’s Organic Farm for the generous contribution of potatoes.
