During their Art History block, Grade 10 students studied 15th century history up to the present, through the lens of art, examining the ideas that motivated and drove historical development. An analysis of modern history can often lead to a picture of bleak social dysfunction; however, students looked beyond interpretation to find the possibilities of redemption. This block culminated with an art show where students presented their work to their peers.
