WWS students across the grades are participating in a holiday card campaign to share messages of hope with people who are in long-term care homes. “The students were so very thoughtful, creating seasonal cards, some with Hannukah images, non-secular images or Christmas images in order to try and include as many seniors as possible, coming up with personal messages of hope and encouragement, and drawing the most beautiful cards with decorated envelopes. We’re sending off a huge box of letters – one each for more than 70 residents – as the students were determined not to leave anyone out.” ~ Ms. Moore, Grade 4 teacher
