Grade 5 completed hand drawn, hand bound “botany books,” on their chosen plant. Full of art, poetry, scientific diagrams and facts, they shared their work in presentations at the end of the block. Some students extended their project by using their plant in baking, to make drinks, or to create natural beauty products.
