Every donation made to Whistler Waldorf School directly affects a child’s education. Tuition fees and government grants (and a portion of fundraising) cover the school’s operations budget, which largely consists of teacher salaries and lease payments for operating space. Whistler Waldorf is committed to keeping our fees as low as possible to maintain affordability and keep Waldorf education as accessible as possible.
Now in our 16th year, we are bursting at the seams, operating in portable buildings and renting community space. As a result, we are now embarking on the single most important project in our school history since the inception of the school — building a leading-edge, integrated school on a permanent site and creating our foundation for the future. This new campus will allow the school to reach its full potential of offering a playschool, elementary school, and high school – thus providing a highly valued choice to the community of Whistler.
There are many ways to give and your support will help us continue to offer Waldorf education to families in our community, and solidify our goals for a permanent home with a beautiful environment in which to welcome our children.
